Account Associate
Sencilo currently has an immediate openings for an Account Associate in our Field Operations division. This position will service and maintain current customer relationships in support of the Account Executive(s) activities with the goal of driving revenue, profitability, and increasing customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities include: Understanding Sencilo wide ranging product offerings and competitive issues associated with Network Storage and Data Security. Participating in training exercises to increase overall awareness on Sencilo’s products and sales strategy, along with oral presentations and written tests that measure sales competency and messaging ability. Creating and executing against a personal action plan specific to growth and development in the program. Working in a virtual team environment with our Field Sales Force. Prospecting and profiling potential accounts via the telephone. Making a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day to enhance lead generation skills. Meeting a quota for daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals.
Required Skills/Experience/Knowledge: Prior sales experience preferred but not required. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be comfortable speaking with decision makers. Must be mature and confident with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Must be assertive, creative, and a team player.

Sales Associate Program

Account Executive
Sencilo is seeking an Account Executive for the State of Florida. The AE position represents the primary customer facing sales function that drives revenue and manages the customer relationship. The AE communicates and sells Sencilo value, under limited direction, utilizing highly complex and sophisticated products, services, applications, software, and systems to achieve goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include the expansion and maintenance of new and existing customer accounts, development and implementation of sales strategies, calling on customers, presenting new concepts, solutions and products, and ensuring adequate sales and engineering support and service. Qualified candidates will possess: 5-10 years proven sales experience in the high-tech industry required, preferably in the data storage industry. Must have experience in consultative, solution selling approach, and proven experience managing a complex sales cycle and selling to multiple levels within large organizations. Must excel at relationships management and extensive follow-up with prospects and customers. Must also possess a demonstrated sales track record in a competitive environment. Ability to qualify opportunities, obtain customer commitments, negotiate and close contracts. Must have strong local contact relationships and maintain a professional presence. Additionally, this individual will possess strong verbal and written communications, be adept at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and hold a BS Degree in a business or technology discipline.

Systems Engineer Associate
Sencilo is currently searching for a Systems Engineer Associate to be based out of our Longwood Florida office. As a key member of the services team, the storage engineer will provide customers with implementation and support for data storage and protection solutions including pre-site inspections, initial implementations, customization, and integration with the intent of optimizing customer's operational benefit. Works closely with internal sales, technical services and support group, external vendor partners, and the customer to ensure a smooth implementation and transition.
Position Responsibilities: Provide implementation support according to design specifications while exercising judgment within broadly defined practices and policies. Solve complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of various technical factors. Maintain and increase technical capabilities through knowledge gained in product testing, training, lab development, quality and process improvement. Provide post-installation support and knowledge transfer to peers & customers regarding interoperability functionality. Assigning work and resolving problems may provide work leadership. Conduct analysis of customer's technology environment using standard assessment tools and design customer configuration building on proven technologies and solutions.
Qualified candidates will possess: 2-5 years hands-on experience in one or more of the following disciplines: back-up and recovery software; tape technology; RAID storage products; SAN iSCSI and/or fibre architecture. Must have good skills in one or more of the following areas: Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, Linux,Windows, and/or Novell; familiarity with networking technologies; experience working with Network Attached Storage (NAS); IP SAN; iSCSI; BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.Excellent analytical ability resulting in problem resolution; troubleshooting skills in complex, technical environments; excellent verbal and written communication skills; organizational skills; attention to detail.
